Job Title: Packaging Specialist

Location: Jeffersonville, IN 47130

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $17.31/hour + $0.75 shift differential

• 2nd Shift: $18.06/hour

Schedules:

1st Shift

• Monday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

2nd Shift

• Monday: 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• Tuesday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Saturday: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions to retail pharmacies and customers in a fast-paced, semi-automated production environment.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and use McKesson-supported hardware and software to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency.

• Read computer-generated screens and select the correct items for packing or sorting.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, including mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Previous pharmacy experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift and carry 20-30 lbs. regularly and 15 lbs. on an extended basis.

• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
