Job Description This individual will support the Property Manager and Board of Directors with administrative duties required by the Homeowner or Condominium Association. This person will be working on-site at the property with the necessary equipment and training provided by the Management Company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Assist walk-in Residents with a high level of customer service skill
- Maintain Resident and Community files
- Process citation
- Maintain accurate records to follow up on rule violations
- Administer work orders
- Assist with mailings
- Maintain Office Supplies
- Initiate work orders, as well as, follow up
- Prepare and copy material for Board Meetings
- Maintain homeowner rosters, databases and homeowner files
- Draft correspondence for Property Manager approval
- Special Projects
Part-Time Mon-Fri 10am-3pm
Pay Rate: $22-$24 DOE
