We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager with 10+ years of ground-up, luxury multi-family experience to oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Description
Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Lead and coordinate subcontractor selection, contract negotiations and procurement.
Work closely with owners, architects, engineers and internal teams to ensure project success.
Monitor project performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement problem-solving strategies.
Provide regular reports, updates and financial forecasts to stakeholders
Profile
10+ years of experience in ground-up multi-family construction project management.
A detailed project list showcasing experience in commercial construction (required for all applicants).
A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
Need 5-6 multifamily projects under their belt with 3 min from preconstruction phase through close out
- Need to be 250 units or more
- Must be ground up
- NO renovation
- Procore experience
Experience with contract buy out, procurement, scheduling
Need exp leading a team
Must be well polished, present well to clients, strong oral and written skills
