Position Overview: This key leadership role oversees store operations when senior management is not present, ensuring efficiency and quality service while making recommendations to enhance store performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly address customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Facilitate smooth operations between associates and customers, ensuring effective food service and beverage offerings.
  • Adhere to safety, security, quality, and operational standards, while being prepared to implement crisis management protocols as necessary.
  • Motivate and guide associates throughout your shift, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels for food service items according to time of day.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the food service and beverage area and communicate them to the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Recognize and celebrate team members' achievements.
  • Ensure adherence to cash handling protocols and perform managerial functions at the register.
  • Manage vendor check-ins in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities meet operational standards.

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Competence in directing others and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Able to work 35 - 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Preferred experience in team leadership, training, and food service operations.
  • Capability to implement changes effectively and achieve positive results.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail, food service, or fuel management preferred.
  • Proven track record in customer service, relationship building, and effective communication.
Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay range for this position is $19.25 - $26.00, based on experiences and other factors. You will also receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
