Job Summary: As an Overnight Team Leader, you will oversee store operations during your shift, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and Associates. You will be tasked with driving productivity, upholding quality standards, and providing valuable insights to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth operations between Associates, customers, and orders, maintaining excellent food and beverage service.
  • Enforce safety, security, quality, and operational policies and procedures.
  • Motivate and coach Associates for optimal performance.
  • Manage stock levels for food service items throughout your shift.
  • Identify opportunities for food and beverage growth and communicate them to relevant managers.
  • Recognize and celebrate individual and team accomplishments.
  • Enforce cash handling and accountability procedures.
  • Oversee vendor check-ins following company procedures.
  • Maintain equipment and facility standards to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Availability for 35-40 hours per week.
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.
  • Preferred experience in team leadership, training, and food service operations.
  • Proven results in managing operations and implementing change.
  • Experience in retail, food service, or fuel operations is a plus.
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
