Responsibilities:
Provide night support to other Engineers on installing, configuring, and testing of point-of-sale systems server equipment, cables, and security cameras. This may entail multiple stores per night
Provide report of nightly install
Follow Company protocols
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during installation
Collaborate with Project Team for rectifying install issues and providing feedback on improving documented procedures
Update and provide feedback on existing documentation and Current Best Practices
Own Open issues and track towards eventual rectification
Supervise fellow installers to complete work in a timely manner
May involve some lifting, carrying of equipment and travelling to actual stores

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:
Prior experience in installing and configuring tech equipment including Point of Sale systems, server racks and network switches (current POS system is NCR)
Strong understanding of basic technical concepts.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead Zoom meetings
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Physically fit to perform the requirements of the job, which may include travelling, lifting, bending, and reaching.
