Overnight Supervisor for

Running Springs, CA.Job Purpose: - Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property
- Process daily audit procedure and pull daily audit reports
- Audit and reconcile all revenue postings within Opera
- Respond promptly to any property emergency situations, contacting Assistant General Manager and General Manager as appropriately needed
- Validate guest check-in & check out reservations, verifying all arrivals
- Respond to inquiries from guests in a timely manner via Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls from our dedicated Bookings Line
- Maintain the Postcard Cabins brand voice through all guest communication
- Respond to ALL guest tickets in a timely manner for supervising Outposts
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team members to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Qualifications and Requirements: - Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Related Work Experience: Hotel, Food Service Management, Retail etc.
- Supervisory Experience: 1-3 Years preferred
This job requires the ability to perform the following: - Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Must be self-directed. There is minimal direct supervision.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must possess basic computational ability.
- Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
- Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
