Join Our Team as an Overnight Resets and Remodel Merchandiser. SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team. As a part of our dynamic crew, you will be involved in transforming the interiors of major retail stores. This role requires working overnight hours, where you will build, assemble, and install shelves and fixtures. We encourage candidates with backgrounds in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor to apply. Are you self-sufficient, highly motivated, and skilled with tools? What We Offer: - $20 per hour

Your Role Will Include: - Remodeling big box retail stores overnight
- Building and assembling shelving fixtures
- Working with Plan-O-Grams, ensuring proper tagging and placement of products
- Updating signage and managing shelf conditions and schematics
- Engaging in considerable physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
Qualifications Needed: - Ability to stand for a minimum shift of 8 hours
- Willingness to take direction on product tagging and placement
- Experience with Planograms is preferred
- Must be available for overnight shifts
- Experience using basic hand tools required
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A personal cell phone and valid email address
- Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
- Steel-toed footwear is required on the job site
