Overview: SPAR is expanding our overnight reset and remodel merchandising team. As a Reset Merchandiser, you will be part of a team transforming the interiors of large retail stores. Your tasks will include working overnight to build, assemble, and install shelving and fixtures. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in merchandising resets, remodels, installation, construction, or general labor who are self-sufficient, highly motivated, and skilled with tools, eager to deliver top-quality results in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do: - Make significant changes to big box retail stores overnight
- Assemble and install retail shelving fixtures
- Execute Plan-O-Grams for all items as guided by store management
- Update signage and maintain shelf conditions
- Engage in physical activities and lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Qualifications: - Ability to stand for a minimum of 8-hour shifts
- Willingness to follow directions for tagging, rotating, and placing products on shelves
- Experience with Planograms is preferred
- Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts
- Knowledge of basic tools required for tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license needed
- Must have a personal cell phone and valid email address
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Steel-toed footwear is required while on the job site
