• Provides master s level crisis intervention, screenings, and intake assessments for youth and families in various settings, including offices, emergency rooms, and community locations.
• Delivers mobile crisis services collaborating with schools, law enforcement, and community providers for behavioral health stabilization.
• Recommends referrals, consults with providers, and ensures thorough case documentation.
• Assesses strengths, formulates dispositions, and develops safety plans in partnership with families.
• Responds to crisis lines, providing verbal de-escalation and triage, with occasional casework for adults.
• Fulfills all program activities adhering to policies and mission.
• Requires a Master s in Social Work, Psychology or related, Michigan credential, experience with minors having Severe Emotional Disturbance, valid driver s license, and passing background checks.
• Offers full-time employment with a salary range of $64,313-$72,384, benefits, and rotating 12-hour overnight shifts in Lansing, MI.
