Position Overview: As an Overnight Hotel Auditor, you will be essential in maintaining our hotel's operations during the night. Your keen attention to detail and financial expertise will enhance our guests' stay and help maintain our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform night audit procedures to ensure accurate daily revenue reconciliation and report generation.
- Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and addressing inquiries.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Oversee hotel security during your shift, ensuring safety through surveillance system monitoring and routine checks.
- Assist in preparing breakfast and other guest amenities when required.
- Work collaboratively with hotel staff to resolve any service issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Follow hotel policies concerning guest privacy and safety protocols.
Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check is essential.
- Capability to secure a gaming license may be necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Positive demeanor and ability to work independently during overnight shifts.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods.
- Lift and carry light to moderate loads.
