As an Overnight Grocery Stocker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team by receiving products, maintaining store displays, and ensuring the back stock is organized according to company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure products meet Whole Foods Market quality standards.
- Sort and scan waste accurately.
- Maintain production standards.
- Stock and clean shelves, bins, and food preparation areas.
- Organize and maintain back stock.
- Handle invoices for products delivered outside store receiving hours.
- Check in products and promptly report any discrepancies to team leadership.
- Receive products from the delivery location to sales floor or back stock.
- Assist in receiving and sorting overnight deliveries for other teams.
- Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work for all scheduled shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Maximize sales potential through proper preparation, stocking, and merchandising.
- Adhere to established safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work and shopping environment.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, ensuring pricing accuracy.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
- Perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
- Work with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
- Work in various temperature conditions, up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Ability to work in wet and dry environments.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Use tools and equipment such as knives, box cutters, and electric pallet jacks.
- May require using ladders.
The wage range for this position is $17.00 - $21.20 Hourly, depending on experience.
