Work Hours: Flexible 4- or 5-day on-site schedules available, including weekends.
Your Responsibilities: - Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in a state-of-the-art call center environment.
- Communicate proactively with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering systems.
- Become an expert on our products and solutions. We provide you with the tools needed to confidently address product, pricing, and shipping questions.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we will provide training to help you deliver extraordinary service.
