Apply today to jump-start your future. Responsibilities Work directly with Assistant Operations Managers wherever assigned. Regularly assist in walking around the campus in search for soiled equipment in soiled rooms and transport devices to the defined cleaning area. Regularly clean all devices in operations purview while dawning appropriate PPE Store and stage equipment for incoming orders in the clean room. Deliver equipment based on orders leveraging our propriety software to track personal workflow as well as the workflow of the team. Take full responsibility for all happenings while on shift (Front and Clean Team) Support both segments of our operation with both delivery and cleaning as operations dictate. Dispatch all orders to ensure operation is in line with contractual objectives. Assign staff to designated workspaces and adjust as operational demands dictate. Assist Operations Management in the day-to-day needs of the team. Flex your schedule to support operations as designated by management. Cultivate a strong team-orientated environment. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of equipment storage areas. Develop long-lasting relationships with the team of Technicians. Delegate and assist wherever necessary during daily operations. Prioritize workflow to fulfill the needs of the hospital and our team. File paperwork for rental equipment and specialty items with the use of technology and physical documentation Communicate personnel and equipment issues of all kinds to Operations Management timely and transparently. Promote all new initiatives as dictated by management. Facilitate training all new hires on workflows and assessing best operational fit. Qualifications Years of Experience: Mid-Entry Level Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written. Education: A 2 or 4-year degree or experience equivalent. Requirements: At least one or more years of the following experience: Leadership, Warehouse management, Customer service, warehouse, retail. Knowledge of order management systems Strong communication, analytical, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills Willingness to cover gaps in coverage whenever necessary. Friendly and Outgoing Experience in Supervisory Role Able to smile during patient and client interactions Possess an upbeat personality, willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic Maintain uniform standards when on job premises Ability to work independently Ability to organize and prioritize workflow Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to utilize technology with training Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Be at least 18 years of age Be able to pass a criminal background check Ability to create relationships with personnel throughout the campus Be organized Vaccination required for employment Please Note: Since this is a hospital, candidates must be able to produce a vaccination history or be able to have required medical information gathered with haste.
