About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Selling Supervisor to join our team at Culligan in Portsmouth, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of outside sales representatives and drive business growth in the water treatment industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of outside sales representatives to achieve sales targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase revenue

Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in outside sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
