Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for driving new business by identifying leads, conducting in-person prospecting, and closing sales in a designated territory. This is a hunter role-ideal for motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to succeed in B2B field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cold-call businesses to identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate service agreements and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account success.
- Track sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in route-based, uniform, or service sales is a plus.
