They are currently seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role that blends sales and marketing, aimed at driving B2B growth and enhancing brand visibility through targeted outreach and strategic initiatives.
Territory: Greater Montreal, with plans to expand into the Ottawa region
Workplace: Work-from-home (must be local to the Greater MTL Area), with the possibility of working from the office.

Salary: Base $60,000-$75,000
Commissions/Bonus: $50,000 in the first year at 100% of objectives, with uncapped commission potential. Additional bonus opportunity tied to sales targets and strategic initiatives.

Functions:
Primary Focus - Sales (70%)
- Develop and close new business opportunities with builders, developers, and general contractors.
- Proactively engage with design professionals to encourage inclusion in project specifications.
- Host educational sessions, presentations, and guided showroom tours to build awareness and trust.
- Monitor procurement platforms and industry channels to identify potential projects and bidding opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tailored proposals and quotes, ensuring timely follow-up on prospects.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and deliver consistent post-sale support.
- Stay informed on industry shifts and competitor movements to refine sales approach.
Secondary Focus - Marketing (30%)
- Plan and contribute to both online and offline marketing efforts, including content creation and event participation.
- Design and maintain marketing assets such as pitch decks, handouts, and promotional material.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and clear messaging.
- Support CRM maintenance and analyze marketing data to improve engagement strategies.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry meetups, and other relevant events.
Requirements

Education: A degree in marketing is considered an asset

Years of experience: 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building products, or interior design sectors.

- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
