Coalition Restoration is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of sales and how to deal with different personalities.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and develop new leads through various methods, run leads, door knocking, networking, and referrals.
- Lead Management: Follow up on leads promptly and efficiently, maintaining a detailed record of all interactions.
- Roof Inspections: Conduct thorough roof inspections to assess damage and identify potential restoration needs.
- Insurance Adjuster Appointments: Meet with insurance adjusters to review damage assessments and negotiate fair settlements for clients.
- Client Acquisition: Attract new clients by effectively presenting our company's services and value proposition.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver professional and persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and commitment to quality.
- Door Knocking: Canvass assigned territories, engaging with homeowners, and generating leads through direct interaction.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the restoration, roofing, or construction industry.
- Experience with Company Cam and Job Nimbus
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance adjusters.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to climb and inspect roofs safely.
- Strong presentation skills.
