Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage customer's experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Grow our revenue and customer base.
- Understand machine applications and be able to provide customized solutions.
- Demonstrate good financial and mathematical acumen.
- Proactively plan and execute sales calls and meetings, maintaining a high rate of daily interactions.
- Communicate clearly, both written and verbally, and be an active listener.
- Embrace daily challenges and enjoy a team environment.
- Incorporate a strong follow up procedure with customers and co-workers.
- Plan and participate in customer meals, outings, and industry events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficient in MS office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook in particular)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management conscious and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales and sales functions
- Proven record of success in growing crane/construction equipment rental revenue and client base.
- 5 years of business-to-business sales experience preferred
- Possess mechanical aptitude.
- Exhibit proficiency in computer skills.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's preferred but not required
- 5 years construction equipment experience
License & Certification:
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
