Field Sales Representative to join their team.
This is a direct sales role that focuses on selling construction-related services directly to residential customers through door-to-door canvassing.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing
- Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently
- Close sales and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately
- Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job.
- Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Attend annual sales training and professional development events
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Requirements:- Valid driver s license.
- Ability to pass background check and MVR screening
- Must be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door sales.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs.
- 2+ years of experience in outside or direct, door-to-door, sales is preferred but not required.
Our client offers:- Base salary in the $50k-60k range + uncapped commission (avg 1st year earnings are between 70k-100k)

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
