We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with proven experience in Food & Beverage Sales, specifically with a track record of selling directly to restaurants and hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant & hotel clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
- Identify and target new restaurant and hospitality clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Present and promote company services to chefs, restaurant owners, and purchasing managers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food & beverage industry, with a focus on restaurant and hospitality accounts.
- Existing network of contacts in the restaurant industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of food service operations and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
