We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative with proven experience in Food & Beverage Sales, specifically with a track record of selling directly to restaurants and hotels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with restaurant & hotel clients, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base within the restaurant and hospitality sector.
  • Identify and target new restaurant and hospitality clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Present and promote company services to chefs, restaurant owners, and purchasing managers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food & beverage industry, with a focus on restaurant and hospitality accounts.
  • Existing network of contacts in the restaurant industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food service operations and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary plus commission, travel reimbursement, and benefits package.
