Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving business growth? Do you thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Outside Sales Representative to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth, forging strong relationships with new clients, and promoting our innovative financial products and services.
Responsibilities:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
2. Identifying and targeting potential business opportunities, establishing rapport with potential clients, and closing business deals.
3. Delivering engaging sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
4. Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services, staying informed of the latest industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with effective solutions.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client inquiries.
6. Providing accurate sales forecasts, contributing to team and company-wide sales targets.
7. Regularly reviewing sales performance against sales targets, taking corrective actions when necessary.
8. Managing and maintaining sales client databases within your assigned territory.
9. Participating in industry events and conferences to increase brand visibility and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and territory management.
2. Prior experience in the Accounting and Finance industry is a plus.
3. Experience in direct sales, preferably with medical devices.
4. Strong hunter mentality, with the ability to seek out and secure new business opportunities.
5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build relationships with clients.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. High level of self-motivation, organization, and time management skills.
9. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
10. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
