We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive our business forward.
Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales in your assigned territory. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present and sell product/service .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a similar role. Fumigation and pest control experience a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Car allowance provided.
