Compensation: $40,000 Base + 6% Commission on Company Leads + 10% on Self-Generated $75,000-$110,000+ OTE

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to assess coating needs
- Measure spaces accurately and calculate estimates with precision
- Present solutions in-person, build trust, and close deals on the spot
- Provide excellent customer support from start to finish
- Follow up with leads consistently and update the CRM accurately

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, including evenings
- A clean background and professional appearance

- 1+ years of experience in outside/in-home sales (REQUIRED)
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
