About the Company



Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business development within the wholesale bridal industry. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.



About the Role



The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling potential clients, and cultivating long-term relationships with bridal shops to promote and sell high-quality wedding dresses.



Responsibilities



  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Initiate outreach through cold calls and email campaigns to bridal shops and boutiques nationwide, introducing wedding gown collections and establishing rapport with potential clients.
  • Sales Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, track prospects, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the product line, including gown styles, fabrics, and customization options, to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and product showcases to introduce new collections to bridal shops and assist clients in selecting products that fit their customer base.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, emerging industry trends, and potential markets for growth in the wholesale bridal sector.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and report on quota achievements. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including customer service and logistics, to ensure a seamless client experience from order placement to delivery.


Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales, ideally in wholesale, B2B sales, or a related field.
  • Proven success with cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in the bridal, fashion, or apparel industries is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits in a compelling way.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for meetings and product presentations.
