Your Role: What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled in-home painting estimates
- Build rapport, assess needs, and present customized solutions
- Use a proven one-call-close process to secure contracts on the spot
- Provide clear communication and follow-ups using mobile tools
- Represent the brand with professionalism and customer-first attitude
- Maintain and grow relationships with referral partners
Who We're Looking For

️ Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years in in-home, high-ticket, or one-call-close sales (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle
- Available full-time, including some evenings and weekends
- Smartphone with mobile data for scheduling and CRM access
- Ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Schedule

- OTE: $75,000-$120,000+ (top reps may exceed)
