The Opportunity

What You'll Do

- Conduct 2 3 pre qualified, in home design consultations per day across the Denver metro, Fort Collins, and mountain communities.

- Diagnose exterior challenges, craft premium design solutions, and present project scopes using Bellwether's visual configuration and pricing tools.

- Navigate complex objections with clarity and integrity, earning trust and guiding customers to decisive action.

- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in our CRM and collaborate with production to ensure a flawless handoff.


Day 90 Performance Targets

- Win Rate: 30 % close ratio on company generated leads.

- Revenue Pace: $125 k sold per month (puts you on a $1.5 M+ annual track).

- Customer Satisfaction: 4.8 star post project average and

What You Bring

Must Have

2+ years of quota carrying success in consultative or in home sales

Documented top tier performance (President's Club, top 10 %, etc.)

Elite communication: listen first, translate complexity into clarity

Discipline: self manage schedule, travel, and follow up without hand holding

Valid driver's license; clean driving record, able to lift 40-60 lbs of samples


Preferred

Prior success in premium window, siding, or home improvement markets

Graduate degree or JD-our team skews academically accomplished

Familiarity with Colorado climate, architecture, and building codes

Mastery of modern sales tech (digital estimating, virtual design tools)
