Role Description
We're hiring two Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team:
• One covering West Texas & Oklahoma
• One covering East Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role ideal for a true hunter-someone who thrives on building new business and isn't afraid of time on the road ( 70% travel). You'll be responsible for identifying leads, building connections with contractors and distributors, and closing deals that move the needle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Proven ability to generate and close new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 70%)
- Familiarity with construction, insulation products, or industrial distribution
