Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative at KLLM Transport Services, located in the Greater Atlanta, GA area with flexibility for remote work. The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for managing business planning, contract negotiation, account management, sales, and national accounts on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
- Qualify, manage and close sales opportunities with new accounts
- Monthly/Quarterly travel to discuss KLLM value face-to-face with potential/current customers
- Plan and execute direct prospecting activities and turn into increased business
- Clear understanding of sales process and ability to make volume outbound calls to C-level clients to build a pipeline
- Coordinate appropriate internal resources throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activities
- Analyze weekly sales reports and account profiles to assess trends and performance
- Receive guidance with respect to overall objectives; work with operations and sales within company and dept policies/guidelines using independent judgement to achieve assigned objectives
- Able to effectively present information to customers, prospects, executive level, and public groups
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on increased growth
- Ability to present Enterprise offerings online or in person
