Team 360 Staffing is thrilled to partner with a leading automation machinery manufacturing company in their search for enthusiastic and skilled Outside Sales Representatives to join their growing team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the repair services we offer to industrial electronics and automation systems. The Outside Sales Representative will work closely with our internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial electronics and automation sectors. Generate leads, cold-call, and set appointments with potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present Omega Industrial Repair's services to prospective clients, explaining technical solutions, benefits, and pricing structures. Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to understand the needs of the industry and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, service, and support) to ensure that the client's needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on industrial or technical products and services (experience in automation, industrial electronics, or related fields is a plus).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving sales and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary range: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
