Job Description


Insight Global's manufacturing client is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join the team. This individual will be selling the entire suite of products and materials, including liquid rubbers, plastics, epoxies, clays, foams, high-performance paints, and other special materials used by commercial enterprises and individual consumers for an endless variety of applications. This role requires the individual to cover Southern California and Southern Nevada territories by car daily, meeting customers in person, while also working internally with the retail branches to aid in increasing product sales revenue, grow accounts, and provide world-class service. This person should live within about 45 minutes of the worksite. The Sales Rep will excel at face-to-face relationship building and materials consultation at customer locations, and trade shows globally. The estimated average travel is 8-10 nights per month in a hotel. This person will be granted a company vehicle, phone and tablet. Extensive training will be provided and ramp up is expected to last approximately 8 weeks. Becoming hands on to learn the products will be essential. We are seeking a go-getter who is kind, has clear communication skills, and isn't afraid to learn. As technical consultants, our outside sales reps solve problems for the customer. Our best reps are LOVED by customers because they are so knowledgeable, capable, and dedicated. This is not a commission-based role, and you will not have a sales "quota". Compensation for this role is Base Salary + Performance Bonuses.


This is a full-time position, and salary ranges from $95k-$105k.
