Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outside Sales Representative at Pacific Integrated Handling in South Texas, focusing efforts in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. The role involves sales presentations, relationship building, customer service, communication, and new business development. Company benefits include 3% retirement contribution, health insurance, car allowance, and base salary plus uncapped commission.
Qualifications
- Sales Presentations, Relationship Building, and Customer Service skills
- Strong Communication and New Business Development skills
- Experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
- Knowledge and Technical Skills related to Industrial Manufacturing
