Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Representative at Brite Nites, you will proactively reach out to potential clients, identify their lighting needs, and present our services to generate sales. There will also be a mixture of qualified inbound appointments set for you. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, results-driven, and passionate about creating breathtaking lighting experiences for our customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to generate leads and close sales.
  • Identify potential clients through research and prospecting activities.
  • Present and pitch Brite Nites' professional lighting services to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Keep detailed records of sales interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Brite Nites' offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
