Sales Representative - Territory Account Executive

Location: Commack, NY Territory: Long Island & New York Metro Area

Position Type: Full-Time Compensation: Base + Commission ($100K-$120K OTE)

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do:

As a Territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Long Island and the New York Metro area. You'll focus on building relationships with:

- Residential and Commercial Property Managers

- Custom Single-Family Home Builders


Key Responsibilities:

- Spend most of your time in the field developing relationships and sourcing new leads

- Prospect using cold calls, door-to-door visits, and email outreach

- Network within the construction, real estate, and property management communities

- Collaborate with internal estimators and project managers to ensure client satisfaction

- Manage your sales pipeline through CRM tools and regular follow-ups


What We're Looking For

Mandatory:

- At least 3 years of sales experience

- Experience in the flooring or construction industry

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills

- Self-motivated and proactive - you know how to fill your pipeline
