Many reps make over $120,000 in their second year. $6,000 Training Bonus - $500 paid weekly for 12 weeks. $2,500 Hiring Bonus - Paid within 30 days of successfully completing the 90-day probationary period. $5,000 Performance Bonus - Paid at 180 days of employment, contingent on meeting performance goals. 1% of Invoiced Revenue Retention Bonus - Paid at the 13-month mark, based on invoiced revenue. Referral Bonus option- If you recommend someone to MNRC and they are hired, you earn a $350 SPIFF for every roof job your referral builds in the first calendar year.
