Key Responsibilities: As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the Full Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring maximum sales performance.
- Leading and Motivating the Sales Team: Inspire and guide both local and regional teams to achieve and exceed sales targets by confidently presenting all of Good Greek's services.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the customer base, improve market reach, and enhance team capabilities.
- Sales Goal Achievement: Ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Client Relations & Customer Service: Use your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to nurture customer relationships and create a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to post-service.
- Business Development: Continuously implement business development strategies, encouraging active participation from the team.
- Contract Management: Prepare and present full contracts to customers, ensuring all terms are clear and effectively communicated.
- Lead Generation: Proactively create and develop self-generated, organic leads to fuel sales growth.
- Ongoing Support: Maintain contact with customers from the initial booking through the completion of their move, ensuring satisfaction and follow-up on any contract negotiations.

- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently push for success.
- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with customers and teammates alike, providing exceptional service.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading sales teams to meet and exceed goals.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with full-cycle moving, packing, and storage operations is a plus.
- Bilingual (a Plus.): Fluency in a second language is an added advantage.
