About the Role UG Group Financial is seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Manager to join our team in Mason City, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales within a designated territory, cultivating lasting client relationships, and achieving individual sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory sales goals
Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B Account Manager or similar sales role
Proven ability to craft client-focused, effective solutions
Strong negotiation, presentation, and active listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
