Position: Outside Sales Executive NE IA, KS
Location: Nebraska
Role Overview: As an Outside Sales Executive at AMERISAN, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and success across the Midwest. With the freedom to utilize our proven strategies, you will explore a market rich with opportunities, focusing on the Food and Beverage sectors. Using a consultative sales approach, you will help clients enhance food safety, improve efficiencies, and mitigate risks, all while being supported by our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand the Midwest territory, leveraging AMERISAN's unique value proposition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Food and Pharma industries, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored support and solutions to meet each client's needs.
- Utilize market insights to position AMERISAN as a trusted advisor, offering value-added services beyond our product offerings.
- Drive sales growth by promoting AMERISAN's innovative range of products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and develop strategic plans for long-term success.
- Represent AMERISAN at industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably within the Food and Beverage industries.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques and excellent communication skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas.
