Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ of experience in outside sales in a construction setting.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and product offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build relationships.
- Ability to analyze situations and solve problems using established guidelines, technical experience, and judgment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Experience in identifying and understanding key business drivers to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage sales activities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to new or less experienced team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
