Outside Sales Professional with experience selling construction services or equipment. Must have Construction Industry experience to be considered, local travel, car allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Applies working knowledge and experience in outside sales, continuously expanding capabilities and expertise to perform a variety of sales-related tasks.
  • Continually builds knowledge of the company's products, processes, and customer base to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Handles a range of assignments related to outside sales, including prospecting, customer meetings, and relationship building.

  • Receives moderate guidance and direction while managing and executing sales tasks independently.
  • Applies expanded conceptual knowledge in outside sales and continues to broaden expertise within the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ of experience in outside sales in a construction setting.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement strategies, and product offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build relationships.
  • Ability to analyze situations and solve problems using established guidelines, technical experience, and judgment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • Experience in identifying and understanding key business drivers to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage sales activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance to new or less experienced team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

  • Attain sales quota and annual sales growth for new sales
  • Build a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
