Key Responsibilities: - Establish and nurture robust client relationships
- Analyze assigned territories and market segments for growth opportunities
- Achieve or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to surveys and sales calls
- Stay current on staffing industry trends, financial planning, safety protocols, and HR guidelines
- Drive new business by converting leads from diverse sources and generating prospects through effective cold calling, both in-person and via various communication platforms
- Manage job order processes including creating job descriptions, pricing, and obtaining necessary approvals
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and competitive landscape
- Regularly assess personal sales goals to enhance performance and expand market share
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of sales experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable success in cold calling and business development
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Capacity to use sound judgment and consultative techniques to engage effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
