Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize our unique platform to connect with qualified candidates who are interested in our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on interacting with clients.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, providing them with clear explanations of suitable life insurance options.
  • Sales Presentation: Deliver engaging sales presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting the benefits of our life insurance products and addressing specific client preferences.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to effectively position our life insurance offerings and inform clients accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and interactions, tracking your progress toward sales goals and preparing regular reports for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and capacity to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within your territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Must have or be eligible to obtain a life insurance license (we will assist you with this if needed).
