Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Mobile Devices (Field-Based)

Location: 90% Travel 10% office, must be willing and able to establish a rapport across varied retail-based demographics.

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: 40K/yr (commensurate with experience) plus commission and Weekly Transportation reimbursement


About the Role:

B2B Mobile Auction seeks a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving to independently owned retail stores that sell cellular phones. This is a field-based role focused on onboarding store owners onto our B2B portal, educating them on our grading system, selling devices, and offering basic support.


Key Responsibilities:


Visit local retail stores and authorized resellers to pitch and set up accounts on our B2B platform.


Educate store owners and managers about our grading system and how to use our portal effectively.


Sell mobile devices and upsell relevant services and products.


Provide basic customer support, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Complete daily logs detailing each store visited and a summary of what transpired during the visit.


Maintain accurate driving logs for reimbursement purposes.


Travel: Must build a rapport across varied demographics, building strong and respectful relationships. Occasional overnight travel may be required for conventions or expos as well.


Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed weekly).


Comfortable and culturally competent working in diverse communities.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Basic tech skills - proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.


Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.


Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
