Responsibilities:
• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities
• Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information
• Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently
• Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice Qualifications:
• Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
Strong Negotiation Skills and ability to close high-value deals.
Proficiency in CRM (customer relationship management) software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Willingness to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property showings & client meetings.
Must have or be pursuing a Kansas Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000+ (commission based)
