We are currently seeking an excellent outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You'll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities:
• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice
• Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities
• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities
• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable insurance products and services Sales Presentations and Proposals:
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing effectively to ensure client understanding and satisfaction. Relationship Building and Client Management:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Qualifications:
• Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred
• 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required - if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation: $88,000 - $117,000 yearly

Compensation:
$88,000-$117,000 per year
