Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and sustain sales with existing clients while identifying and establishing new accounts
  • Develop and nurture strategic accounts locally
  • Create and implement effective sales plans and goals
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge across all TruckPro offerings
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Travel within your designated market, engaging with customers daily
Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum of 3 years in outside sales or account management roles
  • Experience and knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce
  • Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and passion for developing new relationships
  • Valid driver's license with a strong driving record (company vehicle will be provided)

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to walk, stand, and perform tasks for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and transport weights of 50+ lbs, including truck parts
  • Regular driving required for varying distances
Work Environment:
  • Exposure to typical inside and outside conditions, including dirt, dust, and noise
  • Regular travel within a defined customer base, approximately 95% of the time
