Your Responsibilities as an Outside Sales Account Manager:
  • Enhance and grow sales to existing customers while identifying and establishing new accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic local accounts
  • Devise and implement effective sales plans and achievable goals
  • Continuously improve your selling skills and knowledge of all TruckPro products and services
  • Foster strong, long-term connections with both new and existing clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Travel within your designated market, engaging with customers daily
What We're Looking for in Our Ideal Candidate:
  • 3+ years of experience in outside sales or account management
  • Knowledge and experience with heavy-duty truck parts
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce
  • Understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) principles
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for building new relationships
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (a company vehicle is provided)

Physical Requirements:

As an Outside Sales Account Manager, you'll need to meet the following physical demands to perform your primary responsibilities successfully:
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods, lift moderate weights with occasional frequency, reach, bend, and drive for extended distances
  • Capable of moving items such as laptops, paperwork, books, and small to large truck parts weighing up to 50+ lbs
  • Daily driving is required to engage with customers
