Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with San Diego's leading architecture and design (A&D) firms. Your focus will be on promoting our exceptional product lines, offering design solutions, and delivering outstanding service that reflects the VersaTile Surfaces brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders and developers.
- Represent the full range of VersaTile Surfaces' product offerings to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Provide product education and support to clients, including samples and technical specs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and product training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the A&D or high-end building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of surface materials and current design trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
