Position Overview: The Outreach Support Representative will primarily be supporting outreach and alumni representatives. This position offers an opportunity for career advancement within the organization.
Specific Responsibilities: - Provide support to the overall outreach and alumni team as a whole.
- Draft, edit and assist in the preparation and dissemination of outreach team documents and spreadsheets.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of special projects and events
- Marketing campaign coordination including development and tracking
- Assist Business Development with support materials
- Determine timing of communications and marketing tactics to coordinate with CRR initiatives
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Education and Experience: - Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel have experience with data collection
- Experience in working with private patient information and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Must have sound project and time management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to effectively collaborate on projects with people inside and outside of CRR
- Excellent personal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to make frequent, quick decisions that demonstrate good judgment.
- 2+ years' experience in substance abuse or related field
