OUTREACH MANAGERPOSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the program's Director of Enrollment and Intake, the Outreach Manager is responsible for the daily oversight and management of activities and efforts related census growth and enrollment to the Outreach Liaison and Intake Coordinator team. Serves as a member of the management team.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: - Assists in the development of the strategic plan each year.
- Monitors weekly activity reports. Coaches and provides direction as needed.
- Assists and manages Outreach Liaisons with marketing strategies and monitors for accountability.
- Provides daily oversight for calendar events, home visits, presentations, all outreach/enrollment efforts. Manages attendance at trade shows.
- Provide back up to team as necessary.
- Assists and works collaboratively with Public Affairs department as needed.
- Oversees and managers all aspects of intake and enrollment process as needed to ensure census growth in coordination with center
- Provides daily direction and oversight, supervision, and feedback to Outreach Liaisons.
- Tracks program enrollment goals in timely and accurate
- Prepares written weekly/monthly report for Director of Enrollment and Intake.
- Participates in appropriate program teams, meetings and committees.
- Completes administrative duties as needed (ie: payroll, reports, etc.).
- Works closely with team relating to the PACE SEMI culture/values including The 10 Principles of Personal Leadership.
- Works collaboratively with Intake Manager.
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Five or more years' experience working in long term care, PACE, MDHHS, state programs, or senior housing, and have knowledge of local community and area
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects/staff required. Experience in strategic planning, network development
- Established ability to make decisions independently to influence others, resolve issues and provide support/direction to the team.
- Excellent oral and written skills required. Must be able to demonstrate computer literacy.
- Proven track record of success in outreach or sales activities.
