We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our Monroeville, PA team. The therapist will plan and coordinate treatment programs for patients, focusing on recovery through evidence-based practices.
Evaluate clients' mental and physical health and readiness for treatment. Develop treatment goals and plans with clients. Teach families about addiction and coping strategies. Conduct outreach programs on addiction awareness. Ensure site meets census and budgetary requirements. Qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time position with a salary of $55,000 - $65,000 and benefits.
